Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on lending systems
• Own architecture, design, and development of core lending modules:
• Underwriting & decisioning
• LOS/LMS
• Repayments, NACH/UPI mandates, auto-debits
• Collections workflows

Requirements

• 58+ years of engineering experience, including 24 years in team/tech leadership
• Strong backend expertise: Java, Go, or Python
• Hands-on experience in fintech/lending/credit systems
• Understanding of:
• Underwriting and risk scoring
• Loan lifecycle (disbursement repayment closure)
• Bureau APIs (CIBIL/CRIF), CKYC, KYC/AML
