We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our engineering team, drive innovative product development, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Track individual and team productivity using appropriate metrics and tools
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Review and validate technical designs, architecture, and implementation plans
- Guide the team in solving complex technical problems and ensure adherence to best practices
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where applicable
- Work closely with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Coordinate with distributed teams across different geographies and time zones
- Interface with customers to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
- Provide technical insights and support during customer meetings and presentations
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality deliverables and proactive communication
Requirements
- Minimum 11-15 years of experience in the software industry, including 10-12 years of hands-on coding experience
- 3+ years of product development experience with end-to-end delivery
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Knowledge of JavaScript and React
- Hands-on experience in Cloud platforms such as AWS
- Proven proficiency in HLD and code reviews
- Strong project execution skills using Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities
English language proficiency at anUpper-Intermediatelevel(B2)or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Node.js
- Knowledge of Java for additional backend capabilities
- Familiarity with multiple cloud platforms and willingness to adapt quickly
