Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in administering Postgres or other databases.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- Experience in designing and developing performance intensive systems with multithreading and synchronization.
- Experience in building managed services in database or storage.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with complex database infrastructure design.
- Experience in system design to build scalable infrastructure.
- Experience in coding such as C++ or Go for high-performance systems development.
- Understanding of PostgreSQL architecture and database internals.
