Continuously improve bushing design processes to enhance quality, productivity, and standardization.
Act as a key interface between Factory Engineering, R&D, Global Product Support, and other global engineering hubs, ensuring alignment and smooth knowledge transfer.
Drive Design Anywhere - Produce Anywhere (DAPA) initiatives and global process changes.
Promote monthly design mistake sharing, best practice exchange, and structured knowledge management within the engineering team.
Ensure engineering competencies are developed and sustained in line with current and future market needs in India and APMEA.
Coach, mentor, and develop engineers, creating a strong succession pipeline and technical leadership bench.
Foster a collaborative, safetyfirst, and integritydriven culture, aligned with Hitachi Energy core values.
