- 8+ years of backend development experience with strong Node.js

expertise.
- 2+ years of engineering team management/tech leadership

experience.
- Strong experience with MongoDB and scalable d

ata modeling.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and distri

buted systems.
- Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, caching, and mes

saging systems.
- Experience building high-scale, low-latency pro

duction systems.
