Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Build and lead engineering teams from scratch.

Manage hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance of developers.

Define technical roadmap, engineering standards, and delivery processes.

Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams for successful execution.

Product Development

Lead end-to-end development of enterprise-grade applications.

Design scalable backend and frontend architectures.

Develop and manage cloud-based reporting and analytics platforms.

Drive API development, integrations, and system optimization.

Technical Responsibilities

Develop applications using Python, FastAPI, React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.

Work with SQL and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, and BigQuery.

Implement authentication, authorization, and API security practices.

Build dashboards, workflow systems, and reporting platforms.

Optimize application performance and cloud infrastructure costs.

Ensure testing automation, code quality, and CI/CD implementation.

Cloud & Infrastructure

Manage deployments on AWS/GCP cloud environments.

Implement monitoring, logging, caching, and automation solutions.

Work on scalable microservices and distributed systems architecture.

Project & Product Delivery

Handle multiple product lines and engineering initiatives simultaneously.

Coordinate sprint planning, development cycles, and production releases.

Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.

Preferred Experience

Experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Product Development.

Exposure to IoT, Network Monitoring, Security Platforms, or AI/ML solutions.

Experience handling scalable enterprise systems and dashboards.

Strong understanding of cloud-native application development.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
