Engineering Manager

ENGINEERING MANAGER Machine Design & Industrial Solutions

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering-, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum 15 years of experience in machine design and equipment development, including 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

Proven experience in leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex projects.

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in mechanical design principles, FEA analysis, and engineering calculations.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. Inventor, ).

Good understanding of industrial automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and material selection.

Experience in project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in designing solutions for CW-HW, automotive, or heavy industrial applications.

Exposure to Industry 4.0 concepts and digital engineering tools.
