We are redefining the role of an Engineering Manager. We are not looking for a pure administrator, we are looking for a Force Multiplier.

We need a leader who has fundamentally changed how they build software by embracing AI. You should be a hands-on architect and coder who uses AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Antigravity etc.) to ship high-quality products at 10x speed. You will own the delivery of critical product verticals, translating complex business requirements into shipping code while mentoring a team to adopt your high-velocity, AI-first workflow.

What will you be doing here

• AI-Native Development: Lead by example. Write, review, and ship code daily using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Antigravity etc.) to accelerate development cycles and remove drudgery.
• High-Ownership Delivery: Take full ownership of product modules from architectural decisions to deployment. You will be responsible for the how and the when of delivery.
• Product-Engineering Bridge: distinctively bridge the gap between product requirements and technical execution. You must be able to understand business intent quickly and convert it into technical specs and working software without back-and-forth friction.
• Technical Leadership: Architect scalable systems capable of handling 50TB+ of data (using Vector DBs, ElasticSearch, etc.) while ensuring code quality and maintainability.
• Team Evolution: Mentor your team not just on code logic, but on how to code in the AI era. Instill a culture of speed, rapid prototyping, and automated testing.

Who are we looking for

• Experience: 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 1-2 years leading teams or projects.
• AI-First Mindset: You must be an active user of AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Antigravity etc.). You don't just know about them; you use them to write boilerplate, refactor code, and generate tests to ship faster.
• Start-up DNA: You prefer shipping over meetings. You have a high sense of urgency and can thrive in a fast-paced environment where requirements evolve.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python (preferred) or Go/Java/Typescript. Experience with modern data stacks (ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Vector DBs) and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Product Sense: You look at code through the lens of the customer. You can make trade-offs between perfect code and shipping value.
