Job Description: Engineering Manager / Tech Lead
In This Role, You Will
- Contribute to software development and architecture to elevate our tech capabilities
- Act as a solution architect, introducing modern standards and practices
- Break down user and technical stories into actionable tasks and execute them
- Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and daily scrum meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and stakeholders
- Advocate for Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, Refactoring, and Continuous Delivery
- Ensure high-quality deliverables while meeting aggressive deadlines
- Drive innovation and technical excellence in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment

What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in frontend technologies like React & Angular
- Minimum 3 years of design and development experience with modern design patterns
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming
- Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Bootstrap, JQuery)
- Deep understanding of MVC frameworks
- Familiarity with database design principles and performance tuning
