Engineering Management

Plan and perform project management activities with sound technical judgment across global assignments

Manage project execution to ensure safety, quality, value, timeliness, and profitability

Coordinate technical disciplines, vendors, and licensors for integrated and complete designs

Support project staffing, schedules, budgets, and cost performance monitoring

Prepare, deliver, and coordinate project deliverables, design documents, and bid packages

Review detailed design documents, including CDI materials; cleanroom experience is an asset

Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and execution steps

Lead and mentor teams, coach junior engineers, and oversee project engineering tasks

Participate in risk assessments, vendor interactions, and knowledge management activities

Maintain productive customer relationships while meeting project goals

Proactively report progress and monitor assignments to ensure timely completion
