  • Report directly to the CTO of a rapidly growing startup poised to become a future Unicorn.
  • Support business stakeholders in making strategic Big Data and AI technology decisions.
  • Quickly build, scale, and lead a high-performing team of 10 to 50 software engineers specializing in Big Data and related technologies.
  • Provide strong technical guidance and mentorship to your team, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality delivery.
  • Drive architecture and design decisions in large-scale distributed data processing environments.
  • Champion adoption and implementation of cutting-edge technologies including Kafka, Hadoop, and cloud services like AWS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Demonstrate strong technical and business leadership to influence product strategy and execution.
