Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and scale Aldevron's India Engineering Center as a strategic engineering and innovation hub.
- Define and implement AI-enabled and automation-driven engineering operating models across software development, testing, operations, and support.
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability for enterprise platforms and digital products, ensuring alignment with product strategy, enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Establish, govern, and continuously evolve enterprise engineering standards including cloud-native architectures, DevSecOps, CI/CD, MLOps, and automation frameworks.
- Align global engineering execution with enterprise architecture and platform roadmaps, ensuring solutions meet validation, data integrity, audit readiness, and security requirements in regulated environments.
- Develop and lead a high-performance global engineering organization, including talent strategy, leadership development, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Implement enterprise governance models, engineering metrics, and operating rhythms to drive transparency, predictable delivery, cross-timezone collaboration, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
