About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced US Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in Engineering, non-IT hiring and exposure to IT recruitment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience hiring for Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, Data Center Technicians / Data Center Engineers, Commercial Real Estate Paralegal & Technical Facilities roles and Defense industries in the US market. This role requires strong knowledge of the US staffing process, W2 recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-IT and Engineering roles (80%) such as:

• Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineers
• Manufacturing & Production Engineers
• Semiconductor / VLSI / Chip Design professionals
• Aerospace & Defense Engineers
• Quality, Industrial & Process Engineers
• Hardware / Embedded / PCB / RF Engineers
• Data Center Technicians / Data Center Engineers (Must have experience sourcing)
• Safety Managers / EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) roles
• Commercial Real Estate Paralegal & Technical Facilities roles

Preferred to have experience or knowledge on IT positions like Software Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud, ERP, etc.

Strong experience hiring candidates on W2 (must).
