Job Title: Engineering Analyst, Associate.
Role Responsibilities:
• Support the design, setup, and implementation of technical solutions based on client
and business needs.
• Work with project leads and other teams to understand, clarify, and document
business and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain data mapping documents, implementation guides, processes,
and best practices.
• Analyze client data to create solution design, data mapping, and integration
requirements.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure data is accurate, complete, and follows
required specifications.
• Work on system configuration, testing, and client User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and
help identify and resolve issues.
• Identify requirements or client requests that are outside the agreed project scope
and communicate them to the appropriate teams.
• Work with engineering, product, implementation, and other teams to investigate and
resolve data, integration, and production issues.
• Complete assigned tasks and project deliverables accurately and on time to meet
project milestones.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, dependencies, and issues, and
escalate concerns when needed.
• Help improve implementation processes, documentation, tools, and best practices to
make future projects more efficient.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams through clear communication,
collaboration, and accountability.
• Follow all applicable privacy, security, data protection, and HIPAA policies and
procedures.
Skills:
• Analytical Skills: Possess a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to solving
problems.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to investigate issues and deliver root cause analysis.
• Communication & Problem Solving: Demonstrate excellence in problem-solving and
articulate communication.
• Adaptability: Show eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Data Analysis & Excel: Proficiency in Excel and working with data files, including data
analysis, mapping, validation, reconciliation and identifying data quality issues.
• Technical & Programming Proficiency (Preferred): Familiarity with database systems
and SQL, along with basic programming or scripting experience in languages such as
C#, Python, or JavaScript.
Education:
UG: BCA in Computers, B.Tech/B.E.
PG: MCA in Computers
