| R&R: 1. Have responsibility for Routing/ flattening the Harness, Bundle Harness and Schematics understanding. 2. Should be able to work individually and/or with a small team actively to secure the deliverables 3. Integrate deliveries from cross-functions and secure quality and readiness before releases. 4. Ensure the deliveries are met as per the set requirements and timelines. 5. Frequent interactions with internal stakeholders, clarify the requirements and deliver accordingly. 6. Develop and implement wiring installation projects within the area of assignment including related routing and clipping solutions. 7. Ensures design correctness and completeness for all wiring harness, schematic & wiring harness installation releases within the area of responsibility. |
| Skills & experience required : 1. 1-3 years of Automotive experience preferably in the on high way, off high way, Powertrain industry. 2. Strong in Engineering fundamentals and excellent knowledge of electrical components. 3. Hands-on experience in tools such as Creo wiring harness 3D modeling. 4. Creo Schematics and PLM tool knowledge will have added advantage. 5. Knowledge in the design and development of sheet metal brackets is added advantage. 6. Knowledge of product development cycle and quality tool such as RCA/FTA. |
