Engineer Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer Trainee to join our Program Management team in the EMS industry. You will support cross-functional teams in coordinating and executing customer programs, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, tracking, and managing customer programs from NPI (New Product Introduction) to mass production.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, production, quality) for program deliverables.
• Support documentation, report generation, and progress tracking using project management tools.
• Communicate with customers on schedules, issues, and changes under supervision.
• Participate in customer meetings, reviews, and audits.
• Help identify risks, escalate issues, and support mitigation plans.

Qualifications:

• B Tech in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, or related fields).
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship/apprentice experience.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or electronics industry preferred.
