Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities - THT Equipment

Install, commission, and validate THT equipment (wave, selective, manual stations)
Set and optimize machine parameters (temperature, conveyor speed, flux settings)
Ensure proper functioning of solder pot, preheater, and fluxer systems
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of THT equipment
Troubleshoot machine issues and minimize downtime
Calibrate equipment and maintain accuracy of process parameters
Monitor machine performance and improve reliability and uptime
Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for support
Support production during line setup, changeover, and new product trials
Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, and process standards
Train technicians and operators on equipment handling and maintenance
Maintain equipment logs, maintenance records, and documentation
