Job Description
1 Design & execute high-voltage & power tests, Engineer tests both in house and at 3rd party labs
2 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable (ANSI, IEEE, IEC, UL series and other) standards
3 Assist in the design, construction and installation of equipment as required to improve testing operations
4 Develop schedules, coordinate and manage projects of minor to major size with little to no supervision
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline;
- At least 3 years electrical test engineering experience on electrical power equipment
- Experience with High Voltage 38 kV or above
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with all laboratory test equipment; data acquisitions, oscilloscopes, analog and digital sensors, etc.
