Responsibilities
As a Engineer Product Training, you will be responsible for designing and delivering customer training programs aligned with business requirements and evaluating their effectiveness. The role includes creating highquality training materials, facilitating interactive workshops, and providing coaching to help customers successfully complete certification exams. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and work directly with customer stakeholders to develop training solutions that drive their success. Additionally, you will provide periodic updates and insights to leadership to support continuous improvement and informed decisionmaking.
- Conduct technical training sessions on telecom products (in 1 or 2 areas): Wireless (4G/5G), Broadband (xPON), Optical Transmission (OTN/DWDM), IP/MPLS, MPLS-TP, Switching, Wireless Core, Satcom, and Network Management Systems.
- Deliver training programs for customers, partners and internal employees.
- Experience in conducting effective trainings for the varied audience using different delivery modes (ILT, VILT, Hybrid).
- Create and manage high-quality training materials: presentations, lab guides, user manuals, videos, assessments, and reference documents.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders: Product Management, R&D, and Documentation teams to ensure content accuracy and currency.
- Manage training data for the reporting and analysis.
- Design and conduct product certification exams, quizzes, and handson evaluations.
- Work closely with Engineering Development, Product Support, Product Management and Pre-Sales teams to capture product updates and field requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) supporting internal capability building initiatives.
- Analyze training feedback, identify learning gaps, and enhance training effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest telecom technologies, standards, and product features.
Qualifications
- Experience : 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Telecom Training, Product Engineering, Network Engineering, or related.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of: Telecom network architecture (LTE/5G, DWDM, xPON), IP Networking (Routing, Switching, MPLS)
