Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Install service and maintain products, distributed by Baxter in the defined area of responsibility.
Responsible for Service Revenue through Service contracts and Spare parts sales.
Establish & maintain communication with customers, team members and business contacts
Ensure all activities are performed following the available instructions and information, within the quality system framework
Perform QC Checks and Final release of serviced equipment in the role as checker for the hardware repaired by other Engineers.
Report all relevant service activity, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system
Perform sales support activities on products & processes within the geographical area of responsibility
