Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
- Engage in training and mentoring junior professionals to foster their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with mobile device management solutions.
- Strong understanding of application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services and their integration with business applications.
- Experience in scripting and automation to streamline support processes.
