This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineer Technical Field Sales professional, located in Pune. Responsibilities include promoting and selling SMS Solutions solar module mounting structures, managing customer relationships, and providing technical training and support. The position also involves identifying client needs, negotiating contracts, and delivering efficient customer-focused solutions to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Negotiation to build effective relationships and close deals
• Excellent Communication and Sales abilities for presenting solutions and achieving targets
• Experience in providing Training and technical support to customers
• Proficiency in understanding and applying technical knowledge related to solar installations
• Proven ability to work on-site and manage client interactions effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Experience in solar energy or related industries is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
