About The Role
The Engineer / Senior Proposal Engineer (Back End Marketing Department)
Is responsible for supporting the marketing and sales functions by preparing accurate, competitive,
and technically compliant proposals for projects. This role focuses on backend engineering, Routine,
Tender Offer preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze tender documents, RFQs, and client inquiries to understand technical and
commercial requirements.
Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, BOQs, and commercial offers in
coordination with engineering, procurement, and sales teams.
Develop project scopes, specifications, timelines, and compliance statements in line
with client and industry standards.
Coordinate with internal departments to obtain inputs on design, materials, pricing,
and execution strategy.
Ensure all proposals are accurate, competitive, complete, and submitted within
deadlines.
Maintain proposal documentation, version control, and approval workflows.
Support pre-bid meetings, technical clarifications, and client negotiations when
required.
Identify risks, assumptions, and value-engineering opportunities to enhance
proposal competitiveness.
Update proposal databases, cost benchmarks, and standard templates for
continuous improvement.
What You Should Bring
- Minimum 12 years of experience in sales or marketing for Sr. Proposal Engineer & Fresher for
Engineer.
- Technical background of B. Tech
