Engineer Sr. & Jr.

• Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (D.C.E).

• Experience:

• Senior Engineer: 3–7 years of experience in construction projects.
• Junior Engineer: 0–1 year of experience in construction or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and supervise construction activities on-site.
• Ensure projects are executed according to technical specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project teams for smooth workflow.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Monitor site safety and compliance with construction regulations.
• Support problem-solving and implementation of technical solutions during construction.
• Additional Requirements: Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.
