Position Title: PF Instrumentation-Engineer / Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager (Instrumentation)

Location: Sarlanagar Cement Works, Sedam

Essential: Diploma in Instrumentation engg or in Electronics & Communication engg

Preferably: B E / B Tech in Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering

Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills: working / trouble shooting knowledge in Weighing systems such as Rotoscales / Weigh Feeders / SFM / Belt weighers . Programming skills & Logic development skills in Siemens DCS system. Knowledge in DCS hardware & filed instrumentation.

Knowledge of sub systems such as Roller press Hydraulics / Cooler Hydraulics PLCs , Gas analysers / VFDs

Knowledge in preparing cable schedules / termination schedules and allot work to sub ordinates

Job Profile: Cement mills / Kilns instruments such as VFDs / gas analysers / weighing systems ( ROS / Weigh feeders / SFM). Programming / logic development skills

KRA:

• KRA 1: Programming / Logic development skills in Siemens DCS systems

• KRA 2: operation / trouble shooting knowledge of ROS / Weigh feeders / SFM / weighing systems

• KRA 3: Planning / scheduling of Jobs / work allotment to subordinates

• KRA 4: Knowledge on VFDs / Gas analysers / Sub systems such Cooler Hydraulics / Roller press Hydraulics

KRA 5: knowledge on safety systems / SAP
