Essential :B.Sc with Chemistry one of the subject
Preferably : M.Sc (Chemistry)
Critical Job Competencies / Mandatory Skills
- Knowledge of physical testing and chemical analysis of cement
- Knowledge in preparation of raw mix design
- Capable of doing fuel testing like Fuel proximate and ultimate analysis
- Knowledge of XRF & XRD Operation, Calibration
- Knowledge of BIS Standards & ISO
- Operation of flame photometer
- Standardization & Calibration of all Lab equipments
KRA 1: Optimum utilization of raw materials & fuels
KRA 2: Optimum utilization of heavy equipment's
KRA 3: Maintaining quality parameters as per BIS & Internal standards
KRA 4: Maintaining Raw meal LSF standard deviation as per target
KRA 5: 100% Safety compliance
