Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our 3D Instructions team.
The team's core mission is to create and manage interactive 3D service, maintenance, and installation instructions that enable field engineers to install, commission, and service machines more efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare & Maintain 3D Interactive Instructions( Service, Installtion & Commissioning)
- Planning & prioritizing projects to meet the deadlines.
- Communication and Co-ordination with the technical support team within CTBA on a regular basis for input collection, project execution, project status update & feedback.
- Oversee external work (onsite/offsite) and optimize support engineer utilization
- Demonstrate project ownership and explore & apply innovative techniques aligned with market trends.
- Actively support and manage any unanticipated project requirements or deliverables.
- Understanding priorities & working on different projects simultaneously.
- Deliver & maintain quality services, engage customers effectively and foster innovation.
- Follow Atlas Copco standards, work instructions & check lists of the tasks and accordingly carry out the execution & review.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Standards as set by the Project leader.
- Develop & expand the scope of activities.
To succeed, you will need
Experience/Knowledge Requirement
- The right candidate has a bachelor's mechanical degree with minimum 2 years of experience in field service in compressors & dryers.
- Experience from CAD software (Autodesk Inventor), PLM System and ERP.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 Power Tools & latest AI technology.
- Knowledge of SAP 3D Visual Enterprise would be an added advantage.
Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in servicing and maintenance of compressors and dryers.
- Effective communicator with clear, precise articulation.
- Skilled in multitasking, quick learner & innovative mindset.
