Engineer - Solution QA

Responsibilities:

• Participate in test planning activities with Solution Architects for Integration, UAT, and HAT cases.
• Verify JSONs and perform solution testing.
• Support the ramp-up and enablement of support teams.
• Write automated test scripts for functional and non-functional test scenarios.
• Understand solutions deeply to help make them robust.
• Design and implement KPI dashboards.
• Act as the first level of debugging for the solution team and internal customers.
• Demonstrate ownership, proactiveness, and eagerness to experiment with solutions during various client delivery stages.
