Engineer - Software Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop critical sections and key features of the product.
• Lead and solve key technical challenges in the overall system.
• Collaborate with architects to write low-level design documents and create a technical roadmap.
• Re-architect existing algorithms and implementations to improve performance and scalability.
• Work with simulations to validate functional performance.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers technically.
• Promote and implement best technical practices across the team.
