Role Summary:

Drive sales of Rockwell Automation products (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Motion, Safety) in various industrial sectors within Oman.

• Product Sales: Promote Rockwell Automation solutions across industrial applications.
• Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong client relationships by understanding and addressing automation needs.
• Technical Support: Provide product consultation and assist in optimal solution implementation.
• Sales Strategy: Plan and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for customized customer solutions.
• Reporting: Maintain sales records and market insights, reporting to management regularly.

• Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of industrial automation and Rockwell products.
• Sales Acumen: Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and value-based selling.
• Communication: Clear and impactful written and verbal communication.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical approach to customer needs and solution design.
• Adaptability: Responsive to market dynamics and customer requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Office
