Your impact
This role focuses on preparing technical specifications, tender documents, and accurate BOQs while performing cost estimation, rate analysis, and reviewing concrete mix designs. It requires strong quantitysurveying skills, the ability to interpret civil, structural, architectural, and piping drawings, and reviewing fabrication drawings and MTOs. The position includes technical and commercial bid analysis and coordination with clients, contractors, and vendors. Candidates with 713 years of experience in civil/structural QS and tendering for industrial, chemical, pharma, data center, EV, solar, and FMCG projects, along with strong knowledge of Indian and international codes, are ideal.
- Must be able to apply critical thinking and provide creative solutions to develop specifications, development of new item descriptions
- Preparation of Tender document,
- Preparation of Tender purpose BOQs, GFC BOQs,
- Tracking and monitoring BOQs and MTO issued MTO's, BOQ's.
- Good understanding of cost estimation, rate analysis for new items
- Prepare and Review of Concrete Design Mix Calculations
- Review & checking of Bill of Quantities and cost estimations
- Must be capable of reading equipment layouts, piping GA drawings, architectural, civil and structural drawings
- Review of fabrication drawings MTOs
- Preparation of technical specifications

Here's what you'll need
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 7 -13 years of experience in handling Civil and Structural quantity surveying, Bill of quantities estimation, Tender document preparation for all types of Civil and Structural works.
Experience in working on Industrial, chemical, Pharmaceutical, data center, Electronics, EV, solar renewable energies projects and FMCG Projects.
- Experience in Quantity surveying, tender preparation Technical Bid analysis, Commercial bid analysis, specifications, cost estimation for all types of civil, structurers and PEB buildings
- Hands-on experience with coordination with clients, contractors and vendors.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian Codes and specifications required.
