Job Area: Engineering Group > Software Engineering


General Summary

  • 1-5 years of industry experience in software testing and automation.
  • Proficient in coding with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or other automation frameworks.
  • Experience scripting with Python.
  • Skilled in various testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, and Test Driven Development (TDD).
  • Familiar with software QA tools and processes.
  • Experience with Web UI testing.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server or related databases, including working with ORMs like Entity Framework or Dapper.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Perforce or Gerrit.
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS), Docker, and Jenkins.
  • Experience with multiple cloud providers (Azure, GCP) and application performance testing is a plus.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and automate test cases using Selenium or Playwright test frameworks with C#.
  • Test SAGA tools, identify deficiencies, and report bugs.
  • Investigate tool quality and propose improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
  • Collaborate with Tools Development teams to ensure consistent project execution.
  • Identify bottlenecks in quality assurance processes and suggest improvements.
  • Oversee continuous improvement projects.
  • Collect quality data and identify key KPIs related to tool quality.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to Senior Management.


Education Requirements

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in the above disciplines.
