Position -: Engineer Production Planning & Scheduling
Job Accountabilities -:
- Annual Production Plan Preparation.
- Production & Consumption Monitoring & Gap Analysis.
- Inventory Management of Bulk Chemicals.
- Yield Accounting and Data Reconciliation for entire site.
- Coordination with HMD Plants & Functions, Business Groups, Purchase groups and other RIL manufacturing sites.
- Logistics Planning & Coordination
- MIS Preparation for Top Management.
- Maintain Up to date Database on Site Performance related KPIs.
Skill & Competencies -:
- Good Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word
- Proficiency in SAP, especially PPPI & SD modules
Education Required -:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
Experience Required -:
- Minimum 3 years preferably in Hydrocarbon accounting at Plants
- Exposure to Hydrocarbon accounting, Sigma fine, Supply Chain Management, Tank farm operations would be added advantage
