Engineer - Production-Cement Plant

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and control kiln, raw mill, and cement mill processes.
• Monitor process parameters and troubleshoot deviations to maintain consistent production quality.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure smooth plant functioning.
• Adhere to SOPs, quality norms, and safety standards during shift operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and energy optimization.
• Manage manpower, shift handovers, and MIS reporting for plant operations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce operational losses and enhance productivity.
