Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineer P&C Maintenance to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in maintenance of protection and control systems, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular maintenance checks on P&C (Protection and Control) equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to P&C systems and equipment.
Implement and oversee maintenance programs to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and improve maintenance processes.
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and maintenance staff.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5-6 years of experience in P&C maintenance or related areas.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and protection devices.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.
Experience with maintenance management systems and documentation practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
