1. Isp equipment trouble shooting like Ciena dwdm , Tejas DWDM and sdh , Nokia DWDM , Huawei DWDM etc ,
2 Equipment software upgrade, with NOC co ordination for various telecom equipment's running in the network like Ciena , Tejas m, Nokia , Huawei , etc.
3. Optical fiber testing and fault identification through , OTDR , LSPM, fiber splicing , through splicing machine like Fujikura, good knowledge on patch chords type like . ac/pac. sc to sc and lc to lc and connecting in network and handling in proper way.
4. well communication with customers and all stake holders to resolve the network issue and timely update against RCA and POA
5. Infra knowledge like , SMPS , Delta/Emerson battery bank , like lithium , /vrla , dg , pac , and infra alarm testing with ip colo sites specially with Sterlite and Ascend .
6. Co ordination with IRU partner for their fibre fault rectification along Sterlite , Depl , Bharti etc .
7. Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance as per O&M process in portal.
8. Updating against each fault against WO open in , FSM and SNOW portal till closure
9. Tracking of ISP and TMI spares in SNOW portal and keep on update with RMA and dispatch within TAT for repair and return at related ISP Depot as per the given guidelines with NOC and Central co ordination
