Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in government tenders, estimation, and RA (Running Account) in bridge or building projects.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction processes, project estimation, and preparation of running account bills.
Site Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
Coordination: Liaise with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Reporting: Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and documentation related to tenders and project execution.
