Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Engineer to manage MIS reporting and project analytics for Pan-India township projects. The role involves data consolidation, performance tracking, and coordination with multiple project teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS Reporting & Data Management
. Prepare, maintain, and update MIS reports for all ongoing projects across India
. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports
. Develop dashboards and reporting formats for better project visibility

Project Analytics
. Analyze project data related to timelines, costs, and performance metrics
. Identify trends, risks, and areas of improvement
. Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making

Coordination & Communication
. Coordinate with project teams across multiple locations for data collection
. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely inputs and updates
. Act as a central point for MIS and reporting communication

Monitoring & Control
. Track project progress against planned schedules
. Highlight delays, deviations, and potential risks
. Assist in implementing corrective measures through reporting insights

Job Expectations:

Skills:
. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
. Experience working on large-scale or multi-location projects is an advantage

Skills Required:
. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
. Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and reporting tools
. Knowledge of project management tools (Primavera/MS Project is a plus)
. Excellent coordination and communication skills
. High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Industrial or related field)
