Job Title: Engineer - Manufacturing Excellence
Job Type: Full Time
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer with expertise in Manufacturing Excellence to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency using time study tools such as MOST, MUDA, Ergonomics standards, multi model line balancing, and associated constraints. Familiarity with manufacturing enterprise processes is a must.
In addition, the candidate must be familiar with the basic operation of Microsoft Office and have basic knowledge of Industrial Engineering. The ability to find and solve problems, use IE tools, and implement lean production techniques to eliminate waste is essential.
Experience working with AutoCAD, specifically in 2D, is required. The successful candidate should be able to independently perform line balancing, initiate projects, and drive cost-saving initiatives. Hands-on experience with AutoCAD is a plus.

Work Experience
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of experience within the automotive industry, specifically in Industrial Engineering application.
Having sourcing knowledge will be considered an added advantage.
