Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced
Project Engineer - IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) to support the execution and delivery of building automation and smart building projects. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in
IBMS project execution, project management, installation, testing, commissioning, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute IBMS projects from initiation through commissioning and project closure.
- Coordinate installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of IBMS systems.
- Manage project schedules, site activities, and resource planning to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Review engineering drawings, control schematics, and technical documentation.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, commissioning reports, and handover documents.
- Support integration of systems including HVAC, Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Lighting Control, Energy Management Systems, and Building Automation Systems.
- Attend client meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS).
