Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Access Management Specialist to manage user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and ensure secure access management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
. Process user access provisioning and deprovisioning requests via IDM tools.
. Assign roles based on subprocess and department.
. Handle ServiceNow tickets for access creation, modification, and deactivation.
. Provide email support for access-related queries and MFA setup assistance.
. Ensure timely processing of deactivation requests (within 24 hours).
. Maintain compliance with access control policies and SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
. Experience with IDM tools and user access management.
. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
. Understanding of IT security principles and access control.
. Good communication skills for email and ticket-based support.
. Ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
. Prior experience in IAM roles.
. B.Tech/BCA preferred (any graduate acceptable).
