Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support macOS, Linux, and Windows endpoints.
  • Administer JumpCloud, Kaspersky, and Safetica platforms.
  • Configure device policies, patch management, compliance, and endpoint security.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, network, and access-related issues.
  • Handle user onboarding/offboarding, asset allocation, and access provisioning.
  • Manage software deployment, license tracking, and IT asset inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, warranties, and support.
  • Monitor security alerts and ensure timely remediation.
  • Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset records, and support logs.
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support to employees.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with macOS, Linux, and Windows administration.
  • Experience with JumpCloud, Kaspersky, and Safetica.
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint security, DLP, device management, and access control.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting OS, network, email, VPN, and user access issues.
  • Understanding of Active Directory/identity management, patch management, and security best practices.
  • Good communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Exposure to automation/scripting tools.
  • Relevant endpoint management or security certifications.
