Key Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic and risk-based IT infrastructure audits (network, servers, endpoints) with a focus on ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 compliance.
- Develop and maintain audit programs, evidence collection routines, and compliance checklists; document findings, control gaps, and remediation plans.
- Track and ensure timely implementation of audit-mandated remediation actions; coordinate between IT teams and auditors for evidence and process walkthroughs.
- Analyze IT processes and system changes to ensure compliance in areas like access management, patching, backup, incident response, and disaster recovery.
- Design and enforce internal control frameworks for configurations, system integrity, and data securityleveraging automation where feasible.
- Support ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 certification readiness and third-party audit coordination.
- Monitor regulatory compliance, update policies and SOPs, and lead readiness for external audits or certifications.
- Prepare detailed reports for management summarizing audit results, risk exposures, and compliance initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to IT teams on compliance standards and audit best practices.
- Oversee business continuity and incident response planning from a compliance perspective.
- Support vendor risk assessments and ensure third-party platforms meet security and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields; CISA, CISSP preferred.
- Minimum 6 years experience in IT audit, compliance, or risk management for large-scale IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 20000, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in ITSM, GRC, and audit management tools.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple audits across diverse platforms.
- Collaborative and independent working style with strong stakeholder management skills.
