Broad outline of the Role
- Responsible for driving day to day IT operations. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate and/or equivalent experience. 0-4 Years experience
Other Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis
- Sound knowledge of IT operation systems
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage IT help desktop support team and end users.
- Identifies, manage, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues.
- Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software to latest version.
- Monitors and tracks helpdesk requests.
- Provides applications support for internal requests.
- Reports and escalates issues to the supervisor and coordinates with internal teams.
- Generates various kinds of reports related to no. of tickets raised etc.
- Conducts activities such as preliminary research, analytics, and documentation.
