Job Description

Broad outline of the Role

Responsible for driving day to day IT operations. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Graduate and/or equivalent experience. 0-4 Years experience

Other Knowledge & Skills

Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis
Sound knowledge of IT operation systems

Key Responsibilities

Responsible to manage IT help desktop support team and end users.
Identifies, manage, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues.
Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software to latest version.
Monitors and tracks helpdesk requests.
Provides applications support for internal requests.
Reports and escalates issues to the supervisor and coordinates with internal teams.
Generates various kinds of reports related to no. of tickets raised etc.
Conducts activities such as preliminary research, analytics, and documentation.
