Job Description

Broad outline of the Role
  • Responsible for driving day to day IT operations. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate and/or equivalent experience. 0-4 Years experience


Other Knowledge & Skills
  • Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis
  • Sound knowledge of IT operation systems


Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible to manage IT help desktop support team and end users.
  • Identifies, manage, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues.
  • Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software to latest version.
  • Monitors and tracks helpdesk requests.
  • Provides applications support for internal requests.
  • Reports and escalates issues to the supervisor and coordinates with internal teams.
  • Generates various kinds of reports related to no. of tickets raised etc.
  • Conducts activities such as preliminary research, analytics, and documentation.
