We are seeking an Engineer I, SW with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software development and a passion for creating innovative solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing software applications, collaborating with team members, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our software products.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software solutions to improve performance.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Document software specifications and design processes for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in software development or related roles.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
