We are seeking an Engineer I, SW with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software development and a passion for creating innovative solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing software applications, collaborating with team members, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our software products.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software solutions to improve performance.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Document software specifications and design processes for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in software development or related roles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
  • Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
