Job Description

Responsible for the product design and development of Ingersoll Rand's Air Treatment product portfolio, including compressed air dryers and chillers.
Create 3D system models, parts/subsystems, and optimize refrigeration system layouts.
Design new or improved sheet metal cabinets, copper piping layouts, and optimize components for manufacturability and compactness.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure engineering deliverables align with business objectives.
Lead design work with platform strategy and develop release plans with full ownership.
Organize BOM, option items, and part commonization strategy for optimized design solutions.
Follow IRPX phase gate process for new development and i2V (Innovate to Value) projects.
