Your Job

A PCB Designer is responsible for transforming electronic circuit schematics into manufacturable physical layouts using CAD tools (example Cadence) , ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. They play a critical role in electronics manufacturing, bridging the gap between circuit design and production.

Our Team

We provide comprehensive PCB design support for specialized products, including:

  • Active and Passive Paddle Card Designs optimized layouts for high-performance and reliable interconnect solutions.
  • Connector CTV Design ensuring robust and accurate connector validation through tailored PCB layouts.
  • Production Test Boards custom-designed boards to validate cable assemblies in real production environments, guaranteeing quality and performance

What You Will Do


  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with customers, engineers, and project stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into PCB layouts.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with mechanical engineers, signal integrity (SI) experts, and power integrity (PI) teams to ensure designs meet performance and reliability standards.
  • Layout Design: Create PCB layouts tailored to customer specifications, balancing manufacturability, cost, and performance.
  • Supplier Engagement: Collaborate with suppliers to resolve EQ (engineering queries) and ensure tooling and Gerber file resolutions align with production capabilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Validate designs against industry standards and customer expectations, ensuring smooth transition from design to manufacturing.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
  • Experience: 25 years of hands-on experience in PCB layout design, working with industry-standard CAD/EDA tools.
  • Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of electronic circuits, signal integrity (SI), and power integrity (PI),PDN.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Manufacturing Knowledge: Familiarity with Gerber file preparation, tooling requirements, and resolving engineering queries (EQ) with suppliers.
