Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer located in Coimbatore. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wind turbines. Day-to-day tasks may include monitoring turbine performance, preparing technical reports, implementing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. The role may also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and asset performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wind turbine systems, operations, and renewable energy technologies
• Proficiency in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures
• Familiarity with using analytical tools and software for performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work on-site and in outdoor environments, adhering to safety standards
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
