As a Front End Engineer, you will
- Be able to independently design, code and test complex features, as well as lead and mentor other engineers, help build engineering teams
- Drive both technology and product innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development
- Be a technical subject matter expert and represent the full internal and external capabilities of the platform.
- Lead complex architectural discussions that involve multiple systems
- Identify any product/functionality gaps and collaborate internal product and technology teams to define the necessary development to support solution delivery.
- Drive integration efforts and lead critical work streams of strategic initiatives sponsored by senior executives
- Drive engineering excellence through CI/CD
- Proactive response in identifying and troubleshooting integration or technical issues.
- Write tests for the existing and newly created code to maintain compatibility
What you need to bring
- 4+ years experience in Front-end Development building successful production software systems
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience with web front end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Webpack, Bootstrap etc
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement user-friendly features and interfaces.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize frontend applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to established standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, providing timely resolution and maintaining system integrity.
- Stay up to date with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend best practices to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to foster their professional growth and development.
